Family therapy
Family therapy is viewing the family as a whole system/unit, learning each persons role in the family, identifying and modifying dysfunctional patterns, improving communication, and focusing on strengths. I emphasize utilizing each persons unique strengths to support creating a stronger family unit.
With couples we work on stengthening communication and understanding each person's unique needs to learn how you can support one another to deepen your relationship and feel more connected as a couple.
Family therapy could include children with parents/caregivers and couples.
